hello i have a problem, use plesk 10 on a server Kimsufi of ovh, on the server I created 4 sites in total, 3 of which work very well, and one of these (made with joomla) suddenly has errors, which is why I restored a backup however, the problems continue to be, also i can not access ftp though reimposed access data, how is it that i can not connect via ftp? with the other hand I can not access my sites. It could be some virus?

hello I managed to get through ftp, only instead to enter the domain name in filezilla, now I enter the IP of the server, I do not understand why I can not get the domain name.
