TwitterHello I have a server in 1and1, with plesk Onyx 17.5.3.
In this I have 2 domains under the same ip.
Example:
ip = 0.0.0.0
example1.com
example2.com
The problem is that I have created mail accounts for both examples.
[email protected]
[email protected]
In [email protected] I can send and receive messages without any problem, while in [email protected] I can only send but I do not receive any messages. I checked the dns in verdns.com and in the end throws me an error:
WARNING: SMTP server on MAIL.example2.COM port 25 did not respond: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known
While on example1.com does not give me any error.
In Plesk I have configured the Full hostname as "example1.com"
I have installed:
Dovecot IMAP and POP3 server, Postfix SMTP, IMAP / POP3 Dovecot.
