i cannot acces to plesk control panel with admin user

Dear friends,

I have a server with plesk 7.6.1 Windows.
For some time I have this problem, when i try to access to my plesk control panel webpage.http://mydomain.com:8443/login.php3.
When i use a reseller or a client user/password, all works well.
But if i try to use admin user/password the page give me a conection error.
"Webpage not Available".
The web page of https: // mydomain:8443/login_up.php3 can be temporarily inactive or maybe web has moved definitively to a new address.
Error 2 (net::ERR_FAILED).

Someone can Help me?
