I can't add new ftp account and create domain

Hi.
I have a Problem.
when i want to create a new ftp account or change ftp account password in plesk Control Panel give me this error:
Error: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value.
Validation failed. The password does not meet password policy requirements because it is not complex enough.
i entered any password get this error.

I few days ago change computer name and set domain name on the server and yesterday change ip address.
now i do not know that these threads Caused this error or because of other things.

Please help me. i can't add domain because get this error.
HELP ME.

Most probably that it is caused by Windows security policy. To fix this problem you can try to disable password policy "Password must meet complexity requirements"

I thought must go to "domain controller security policy" but must go to the "Domain Security Policy" and Disabled "Password must meet complexity requirements".
