I can't open or delete space

Sorry my English

I have 3 server Plesk 12.0.18.
In this server i can't to open or close domain.
the panel remains in long wait but not work.
If i restart pannell (service psa stop and service psa start) i can delete the domain.
if I want to open a new domain I have a long wait but the space opens incomplete ( no dns , no file httpdocs ).
can you help me?

If I'm not mistaken you mean suspend and un-suspend domain?
Do you have any related error messages in /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log or /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log log files?
