Why can I only set these skins, and I don't see the heavy metal skin for example?

Plesk Obsidian has only two color themes:

Skins and Color Schemes

This extension allows you to change the way Plesk interface looks. You can select one of the predefined color schemes or specify your own colors.

No idea, but there is a feature request to bring the older themes to Obsidian:

Color schemes in obsidian

In Plesk Obsidian there are only 2 color options available. More color options would be much more useful like Onyx has.
