Plesk Obsidian has only two color themes:

This extension allows you to change the way Plesk interface looks. You can select one of the predefined color schemes or specify your own colors.

No idea, but there is a feature request to bring the older themes to Obsidian:

In Plesk Obsidian there are only 2 color options available. More color options would be much more useful like Onyx has.
