I need copy of default skel files, anyone?

Hi.

My server was recently hacked and all index/default files were overwritten. Would someone be willing to email me their copies so I can replace them?

I need the following (Plesk 7.5.3)...

vhosts/.skel/0/httpdocs/index.html
vhosts/.skel/0/httpsdocs/index.html
vhosts/default/htdocs/default.css
vhosts/default/index.htm
