Hello.

I am Israel , I am new thank you for all.

For two years I not have problems in the server, but I update and the problems become another time.

The server is given me the webpages error 500 and not find the problem, but it is not working good the server.

Also I erase a domain via plesk, but if I put ftp account I enter and in ssh I see the folder.

I execute: plesk repair all

But say me that:

The system user 'vrsets' is orphaned in Plesk ..................... [WARNING]
Remove the system user 'vrsets'? [Y/n]

but not eliminate, go very fast and I can not record.


I eliminate the folder at hand

var/www/vrsets.com

but nothing.

I push in http://www.video-boda.es/ 20 times and see that stop


if you could help me to check the error in the log also to clean the domain completely. Sorry my bad english and thank you

It looks like that upgrade was not completed successfully. Try to fix it with

# plesk installer --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --upgrade-installed-components
# plesk repair installation

and check possible errors in output.

It is posible that if I change the fast cgi to FPM the server works well??..

Nop the problem persist uffff I hate when the server, plesk go bad...

"End of script output before headers: index.php" means that this file is not generating any output. It can be that PHP is reading, but not interpreting the file. It can also be that the file itself is buggy. As the timeout of 45 seconds waiting on some response from the index.php script expires, the server returns a 5xx error.

Test if the cause is the content of the index.php file or if it lies in the PHP installation of the server: Please create a file "phpinfo.php" with this one line of content in the document root of your website:
<?php phpinfo(); ?>
Then open the URL with /phpinfo.php at the end.
Do you see an output?

The page go very fast also it is not a problem of the page because when buggie all the server buggie, plesk include. I don´t know what is the problem when I install onyx version the problems beginning.

I need to find the logs of plesk to understand what is the problem, it is not only one page... it is all vps

According to your log entries, index.php is not generating an output, leading to a timeout. The phpinfo.php is generating an output. So everything is fine with PHP and web services. There simply is no issue. Your website can be opened and is delivered promptly.

If index.php is generating an output how can at the same time an error be thrown "End of script output before headers: index.php" and a timeout. Impossible. The log you have presented cannot possibly be the log of the domain or a previous error was fixed meanwhile.

Hello Thank you I stay 2 days with this.

No no all the server are working bad, in one moment freeze and block for 20 seconds.... after this works.

What is the logs of the server that I must to find to see if the server it is working properly.

Because you push the button in the web page and in the 6 pushed stop and freeze, after this reload.

I se another lo the syslog with more connection to smtp server... I put in the forum.
