i want to make a cron job to restart apache if serverload goes beyond 10

hi there,
i am using a very high CPU load consuming script on my dedicated server.

so, i want to make a cron job , it runs every 5 or 10 mins. and checks if server load is more then 10, then it will automatically restart the apache.

pls help me, as my server stucks many times due to server load.
