• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question I want to write Plesk extensions in nodejs.

alexk345

Plesk version and microupdate number
obsidian
I thought i need to write a backup extension and email extension that can make it better than default email extension currently available. Plesk advantage i feel its backup of email domain and database. So its easy to move system to system.

So decide to join the plesk bandwagon and start writing useful extension.

Who can guide me. I dont want to write in in php.

I am learning javascript and react. One of the problem i feel we need to bring cost down for small users. Its ok for high cost for high users.

If i can write one i can write many. Nothing will be free. Free is bad.

But people can use it 3 month trial. That is my business plan. if they like it they can buy for low cost.

Goal is providing more options to grow plesk.
