IIS 7 FTP, Statistics

Hi,
I Have windows 2008 Server Standrard, IIS 7 installed, with frontpage extenstions.
FTP (during isntallation) was for IIS 6.
since FTP didn't work and i didn't understand how it works , i deleted the ftp role and installed new one from microsoft for IIS 7.
Now i have 3 problems
1. i can't add/edit ftp users from plesk.
2. Statistics don't work with error:
Execute ftpmng --get-log-directory --ip-address=XX.XX.XX.XX failed: FTP Publishing Service isn't installed
3. /plesk-stat asks for authentication and always says access denied when i supply the frontpage/ftp/admin user.

The issue is fixed partially since Plesk 8.6.
