IIS6 downloads very low

Hi, I have plesk 7.5.6 and windows 2003 web edition, the performance of download files from web sites is very slow.

The same hardware configuration in another server with out plesk the download is very fast.

The networks connections it´s ok the problem is only IIS services.

Any idea ?

check out the server load using the task manager and also check for kernel inerrupts using process explorer...it might not be IIS thats causing the issue, but the server on a whole ..try it out buddy
