Image Upload in Gallery

After upgrading from 4.0/4.1 to 4.2 I can't upload new image intro gallery of existing website. There's only one error shown in error log:

Btw image upload form shows this error:

Error! Operation has not been completed. Click here for details...

and details are:

Невозможно выполнить запрос к сайту. Запрос не содержит данных. Пожалуйста, свяжитесь с администратором сервера.

It's strange because user have english as base language.
How to fix problem?!

Does this issue related to one site only? Can you provide PHP information from destination publishing server? I need to check which PHP extensions are enabled. It is hard to say what can causes such issue. I saw similar errors several times and every time it was caused by different reasons with server or PHP configuration on publishing server. Do you have support option on your key...In this case better to contact with Parallels technical support as investigation on the server may be required.

I'm not sure about support is included with our key or not, but truly I found your replies on forums very operative and helpful. If we don't find any solution, I will have to contact support then.

This site was created in 4.0 version and after that we successfully upgraded to 4.2. Website scripts update for this site went okay. Everything works except image upload to already created galleries.

I've check this with other site. And the same problem appears. On uploading image to gallery this error appears: "Cannot execute a request to the site. The request post is empty. Please contact the server administrator".

And SiteBuilder's error log:

1) The 'ImageGallery' module has been upgraded. This module cannot work with old site version. It is necessary to republish the site (current site title is 'li-lu' , site owner is 'lilu').

2) Cannot execute query to Sqlite database - SQL logic error or missing database, sql - SELECT COUNT(*), sequence_state as sequence_state FROM modules_a3nb64os1j5_gallery_images INNER JOIN modules_a3nb64os1j5_gallery_relations ON ( image_id = modules_a3nb64os1j5_gallery_images.id AND modules_a3nb64os1j5_gallery_relations.category_id=Array AND modules_a3nb64os1j5_gallery_relations.storage_state>1) WHERE (modules_a3nb64os1j5_gallery_images.storage_state>1)

to GARMTECH, if you still experience any issues with image gallery try to contact with Parallels support team. It is hard to say what can be the reason for this and required investigation.
