  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

ImageMagick installed.. but not installed?

New Pleskian
Hi guys,
I installed ImageMagick via
#yum install ImageMagick

It completed successfully but website scripts still can not find it.
Also.. If I run
#/usr/local/bin/convert logo: logo.gif

As per instructions on ImageMagick website I get the following error:
-bash: /usr/local/bin/convert: No such file or directory

Anyone able to shed some light for a dumb dumb like me??

Hi Igor,
Maybe it's not? But I wasn't sure if maybe Plesk locates files in different places that ImageMagick can't find?
Or maybe I just figured someone with more experience than me might be able to offer some helpful advice?

You have installed third-party package for OS vendor repository which is not related to Plesk. It is OS, common Linux related question, but not Plesk.
Have you tried to find location of convert binary with usual rpm command at least?
For example:

# rpm -ql ImageMagick | grep convert

In this case use

#/usr/bin/convert logo: logo.gif

instead of initial

#/usr/local/bin/convert logo: logo.gif
