IMAP Connections not working

Greetings,

I have a new 7.5.3 /Windows server and IMAP connections are not working. Pop is working but no luck with IMAP. Is there something I need to enable to support IMAP on the server. It was pre configured for me by my managed hosting service. Any help would be appreciated.

ME standard (PLesk default mail server does not support IMAP)
You should buy any other mail server (supported by Plesk) with IMAP
