• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Imap Issue

Running CentOS 5.x and Plesk 8.6.x

Recently Horde stopped working, traced it back to imap and pop not working.

Found this http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?p=205556

but unfortunately no help.

1) Reinstalled Imap
2) Run the password file updates
3) Ran the hotfix
4) Restarted server

Still getting "no such user" in the mail logs

Any ideas?

Already checked and the users exist, all the configuration files point to the right location.

The problem is /var/qmail/users/poppasswd - I manually added the entry and it worked.

How do I regenerate the /var/qmail/users/poppasswd and how do I prevent this from happening again?
