Hi,
We have a Plesk server where we are facing issue on the imap mail service.All the mail accounts on the server uses Imap service.
Issue is,
On one of our mail account named [email protected], emails are getting disappeared at time of the arrival into the inbox.We can see the unread mails on the account but once we click on it for opening it will get disappeared.
I have checked on the logs and it is not showing any errors.Spam filtering is disabled on the domain and the account.Right now the mailbox size is around 7.5 GB.Load on the server is normal.
We are not able to see the disappeared mails form the inbox it is no where listed on the trash.Also after reloading the courier-imap service ,the new coming mails will reside on the inbox .Reloading the courier-imap will solve the issue temperately.
The mails are coming to inbox and on clicking to open it got disappeared .. why it happens? Any ideas to solve the issue?
