Import mail settings from old backup

Hi,
I've had to restore my server to default settings due to a compromise of the servers security. I have a backup of the old instance of the server and I am now looking to transfer any necessary files so as to add all the mail settings/accounts/inboxes from the old instance to the new.

Can anyone advise which files I would need to copy to achieve this.
