Importing MySQL Database to Plesk

Hey Guys,
I am trying to import a Database into Plesk. It's a MySQL DB. I exported it from an old cPanel Server using PHPmyADMIN and now I cant seem to find the option to import it to Plesk from within Plesk. Can plesk do this or do I need to use PHPmyAdmin?

Make a dump of the old db and import to the new one.

When migrating large DBs (over 200 MB) db is created but not entirely populated. For instance, Wiki DBs stalls at cur table (which is the largest one). Any suggestions what may be the possible cause for this?

Thanks
