  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

New Pleskian
Hi everyone,

I recently start paying for a new dedicated server at OVH. It comes with Plesk 11 on CentOs. I added a new website, with PHP configured to work under mod_apache because I need to use the APC user cache (and I don't know how to configure APC to work with FastCGI). So, I also installed GCC, make, and APC.

Since then, I can't access Plesk anymore: I can log in (with the user "admin"), but then I got disconnected everytime I refresh the page or go to another page.

For example, I'm currently trying to access the database panel to create a new MySQL user. I go to http://MY-DOMAIN:8443, and I log in with the user "admin". I access the Plesk's homepage, and I click on the "Websites and Domains" tab. Almost everytime, I get disconnected and have to login again to access the Plesk's hompage, etc... Sometimes, I navigate through 3 or 4 pages, but that's it. It seems to be random, but it never lasts more than 30 seconds or so.

Does anyone have an idea of what's going on ?

Any related error messages in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log and /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log ?

No, nothing at all.

The first log file does not contains any error message since the day before yesterday, and the second one is empty.
