Impossible to create a new domain

Hello,

first I thank of all founder of the forum and the participants.

My probleme is the following one:

I have a server dedibox with plesk installed above.
By defaut there is a domain active . I paid to be entitled to 10 names of domain.
But once in my plesk interface, I do not manage to add names of domains, the button is not active. What is that somebody knows the demarche to be able to activate this function.

I thank every persons who can help me...

Check the license first so that can be excluded from the troubleshooting.

on the dedibox side my licence is good,
but on the plesk side i don't know how verify ?
