Impossible to create anonymous FTP account [RESOLVED]

When i switch on the Anonymous FTP service for the domain, i get this error :

Error: vhostmng-structure failed: Cannot create directory anon_ftp: Permission denied
System error 13: Permission denied

# plesk repair fs
