Resolved Imunify agent won't start

Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.71 Update #2

My Imunify360 imunify-agent-proxy.service won't fire up.

Getting this error every min:

Failed to load JWT secret: failed to read new JWT secret: open /etc/imunify-agent-proxy/jwt-secret: no such file or directory

Restarted server and manually tried starting Imunify via SSH but no change. Haven't modified anything and all was working OK until today.

I have another server running Ubuntu 22.04 and that's working fine (for now).

Anyone else got this issue?

Was it working before? Did you tried opening the extension and see if there's any additional installation steps?

Hi,

Yes has been working for over a year without issues - I haven't changed anything other than running the standard automatic updates. Opening extension does not reveal anything that needs doing. Very odd.

Update: following CloudLinux's advice I force updated Imunify via SSH and that seems to have fixed the issue.
