Hello everyone,

Imunify360 is starting to go way too far for my liking. It’s not just the WP Toolkit sending emails about outdated plugins anymore—now Imunify360 is doing the same. Where can we disable these Imunify emails and restrict the scan back to viruses and malware only?

We’re dealing with managed servers where the customer manages their own WordPress installations. Suddenly, we’re receiving several thousand emails per day, which is overwhelming.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The complaint about the notifications has been brought to Cloudlinux's end. I will follow-up with more details as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Do you have any news about it?
We have received several thousand emails from all of your servers,
and important messages are getting lost among them.

Unfortunately, an option to disable to notifications selectively hasn't been introduced yet. At this point, the only suggestion we got is to disable the Imunify notifications altogether (Plesk > Tools & Settings > Notifications), but that will affect the malware scanner notifications as well. I will double-check with CloudLinux next week too and follow-up if there are any news.
