• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Stephen_Stephen

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
AlmaLinux 8.10
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.68
On plesk I have a number of domain all working fine, except one of them recently the the mails going out are either bounced back and the incoming mail go straight into the trash

Nothing has been change in mail server setting What could be the issue?

info:
[Plesk Obsidian v18.0.68]
AlmaLinux 8.10
Roundcube Webmail 1.6.10
cloudflare CDN for webmail

Check the headers of emails that are delivered straight to the Trash. It can be a mail filter on the server, check Roundcube settings, or an email client filter.

In the headers, you will find the queueid of the email and you can see where it was delivereted by the mail service by searching the queueid in the maillog.

Thanks Looking at the header there is no apparent issue that I can see why they end up in trash. Especially compared to mails received from other domain.

SpamAssassin 3.4.6 is enabled all it does is to mark [***SPAM***] in subject it must not be related to this issue as all other domain email does not have such symptoms

Also I forgot to mention all old mails in the inbox are gone like they have been permanently deleted by some one and this could not have been affected by the mail filter.

I can't see queueid which section would it be in the header

There is a difference between moving to the trash and deleting the inbox. This also happens, for example, when retrieving the mailbox via POP3.
