• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

incoming mail not delivered

i was having problems on the server and after reading a few forums i decided to run the /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk -v command.

that fixed our problem but now all settings are lost, and users are able to send emails, but incoming emails are not delivered to the users.

i'vre run the qmail-qstat command and it shows:

messages in queue: 3400
messages in queue but not yet preprocessed: 0

not sure how to get them processed and why they are not being delivered

any ideas?

What does your maillog tell you? You'll find it:

/usr/local/psa/var/log

You may also want to use qmHandle to maintain your queue
 
i've just managed to get it running. i've done a:

/etc/init.d/psa restart

and now the queue is getting smoothly proccessed.
