Incoming settings fail for Outlook / Thunderbird

Hello !



When i am trying to configure my e-mail in outlook 2010 / Thunderbird , the incoming Serveur dont respond (IMAP/POP3) , but for the outgoing , it works perfectly . Webmail is full functional .

i have this on Outlook :

the Error log and my configuration for the mail serveur on PLESk interface :

Does , The passage to '' Dovecot secure IMAP server with Sieve support '' instead of '' Courier IMAP server '' solve the problem ?

OS : Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS // plesk 12.0.18

Are you sure that IMAP port 143 is not firewalled and you can connect?
Check it from your workstation with

telnet server_IP_address 143
 
my probleme endure ! .. who can help me ? .. Do i have to create a new certificate ,or migration to Devcot ,should solve the probleme .
