Issue incomplete backup display

Hello,
I wanted to backup a customer's website.
However, it doesn't show up in the backup.
Only 10 websites are displayed. Then it says there are 96 more objects available. Unfortunately I can't display them. I can't click on anything that can show me the other 96 objects.
Except for subscription, customer and reseller, this is always the case.

Hello @dicker looks like you talking about the situation when not all subscription showed in drop-down list. Like this:


In this case do the following:
in "Type of object to restore" select Sites
in "Subscription" start to type the name of the subscription (not website name) to which website in question belongs.
After that in "Sites Available:" will be shown full list of websites for the subscription
