• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Incorrect disk space report!

I have just upgraded to Plesk 7.5.1 and noticed the following error:
client A does not use much in his main account, around 1Mb. But he uses a lot with one of his web users (like 56Mb). Unfortunatelly Plesk reports, that 58Mb is used by http docs AND 56 by webusers with 112Mb in total! I checked with "du -hs" in his home directory - still get 89Mb in total, and not 112!!! What's that?!

In Server Preferences I have got When calculating disk space usage, count - file size.

I would like to raise this problem again, as this seems to be real problem. Disc space taken by web users (not subdomains, but webusers!) is beeing added twice to the total amount of disc space, used by domain. Any expectations about 7.5.2 version with this bug fixed?

I really hope that engineers from SW-Soft read this article.

You should probably mail this to them to make sure... God knows if they read all the threads, they certainly don't answer.
