Incorrect IP address format

Hello,

I was successively using my Plesk 10.4 with 1and1 Windows dedicated server.

Some time ago, I have to re-image my server and after this, I now have an issue with plesk's license key.

When I click on Server -> License Management -> Retrieve Keys, I got "Incorrect IP address format" message.

Also an email was sent to my admin email:
> Unable to update PLSK.********. An error occurred while processing your key. You can try updating it later.


I tried nearly everything, but with no luck.

Please help!

I have exactly the same problem and error. (Plesk 10.4.4 with 1and1 Linux cloud dedicated server.) I even re-image twice.

Also tried everything that I know.

I hope to get some reply here as it is useless to await for the solution from teleoperators of 1and1.
