Incorrect Plesk Version?

New Pleskian
Hello. I recently upgraded one of my VMs to Plesk 12.5. It seemed to have succeeded, and I can get into Plesk, but I'm seeing the wrong versions here:

/usr/loca/psa/version
/usr/local/psa/core.version

Both are showing this: 12.0.18 CentOS 5 1200151014.15

In the database I get:

mysql> select * from misc where param='version';
+---------+-----------+
| param | val |
+---------+-----------+
| version | 012005030 |
+---------+-----------+

rpm -qa shows the right versions:
plesk-core-12.5.30-cos5.build1205150826.19
psa-12.5.30-cos5.build1205150826.19

I've ran the update and upgrade multiple times, but the two files are not getting updated. Does this require a manual rewrite of those files?

Have you tried to fix it with

# plesk repair installation

?
