• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Incremental Backup?

I have a couple hundred domains running under Plesk 10.4.4 on a Windows '08 Server Standard box.

Currently, the backup of configuration and data uses ~100gigs. The backup runs each night. Since there's a new 100gig folder each night (with different file names), it doesn't really lend itself to an offsite backup. Also, ~85% of the data NEVER changes, making it kind of ridiculous that it has to chew through the same data every night.

Is there an incremental backup utility available for the Windows version of Plesk? I found 4psa Total Backup which looks like it does just what I want, but it only works under Linux.

Otherwise, at this point our plan is to copy the backup into a separate folder and let Crashplan upload that. Then every couple weeks we'll copy the newest backup to that folder, and let it upload, while still keeping the nightly backups in their own folder.

Thanks for any ideas.
