Index.asp not recognized as homepage

Hey guys, after a backup of plesk my sites doesn't seem to work properly...

For example the domain
www.basfagro.com.mx has been properly restored, but it gives a forbidden error... but if you go directly to this url, it works
www.donramis.net/index.asp

Please help me !!!

Log-in to Plesk > Domains > Domain.tld > Web directory > Preferences, scroll down till you see the list of the default documents and modify the default document for your website. By default index.asp is there but you can verify.

Also, make sure there is a index.asp with the correct user permission there.
