• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Individual Mailbox usage statistics

Hello all,

I'm having this issue thats driving me crazy.

We have plesk 10.4.4 with the latest updates running on windows server 2008. Everything works great except for configurations related to mailboxes. The system does not enforce any mailbox quotas we set at all. In the control panel, individual mailboxes all report 0MB usage although they have plenty of emails. The usage DOES show in the total domain statistics just fine, including other domain statistics like webspace etc. To make things more complicated, in webmail, the user can see the disk usage for that mail box just fine!

So it seems to me that disk quotas aren't being enforced because the panel does not display any mailbox usage statistics yet they are being collected correctly because they end up showing in webmail and are present in the domain statistics.

any suggestions?
