Install and Change other Language

Hi, I buy a new server and a new licence (my 3th server & plesk licence) of Plesk Panel, but now with the new version, v. 10.0.1, but this new Server Provider install me the licence in English,

How can I change the default language?

I've got in this licence only one language, English, can I install a second one and change the default language to Spanish, and only use Spanish like the default language of the panel?
