Install and config of SoftArtisans FileUp

Hi,

I'm trying to configure SoftArtisans FileUp to work with Plesk and have followed the 2 articles below:

HOW-TO: Install FileUp on Windows Server 2008
HOW-TO: Run FileUp on a 64-bit Windows Operating System

However if I set the Application Pool for the site to 'Fileup AppPool 32-bit' from the default 'plesk(default)(2.0)(pool)' IIS / Plesk no longer recognises .ASP

I'm quite out of my depth here and would appreciate some assistance.
