Install complete, no Plesk Panel

I installed Plesk 8.2.1 on a fresh CentOS 5 installation, and the install completed properly. I then proceeded to go to https://localhost:8443/ and all I got was the directory listing from Apache of the /var/www/html directory.

Anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Is the psa service running?

run:
# /etc/rc.d/init.d/psa status

Yes, it's running and still I get a directory listing.
