Install ioncube on a single domain?

Hi,

How can install ioncube on a single domain and not the whole server? I once read somewhere that i could just install it in the conf folder of the domain i want it to run on.

Not sure that it is possible. ioncube is PHP library and can be installed for PHP server-wide.

I am 80% sure i did this once. But i can't find the article about it.
