New Pleskian
Hello Guys,
I just installed Plesk 12.0.18 on a CentOs 6.6.
The installation went without too much trouble (other than having to restart it like 4 times because i didn't matched the hostname-ip (the VPS is behind a NAT router)
Once installed i get the prompt to login in the server (https://xxxxxx:8443) but i got connection time out error.
Took the long way checking the SSL and stuff until i realized that using "apachectl -S" gives me no VirtualHosts defined:
# apachectl -S
VirtualHost configuration:
Syntax OK
Checking the conf/ip_default/ there is no config file. Checking the psa table there is no IP in any table.
Already tried to use httpdmgr and bootstrap to repair these issues and regenerate the files, but i can't make it work.
Just in case someone is wondering my ext IP is 200.x.x.x and the internal (NAT) is 10.x.x.x and the default apache webpage is shown correctly (on the port 80 and on port 443) but not when using https (same ports).
I could fix that messing with the certs and adding a VirtualHost on the ssl.conf file, but i don't want to mess more and probably mess with the Plesk installation.
The ports listed in the KB article are open already.
I hope someone can help me, as i tried to get the "Free Installation" help and they told me i wasn't elegible for that (?).
Best regards
