Install of SSL certificate for a domain

Hello,

Please I'm trying to configure a SSL certificate for a domain, Well I followed this tuto http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/5242/installing-an-ssl-certificate-in-parallels-plesk-panel
When I restart Apache service I still unable to run https://www.domain.tld/, how can I troubleshoot this issue.

I followed the tuto but still not able to run SSL. please can you helpme to debug the issue.

Hi,

maybe you could give us more details on which exact domain we are talking about.
In this case we can check what is already working and what is not.
