install phpmyadmin subdomain + plesk 9

Can you give me instuction , how to install phpmyadmin to be subdomain on Plesk 9

http://phpmyadmin.domain.com

Just create hosting with this domain name and install phpmyadmin from scratch there.

I don't want to install phpmyadmin to All of folder the I Created.

I want to create a vitual host.

but i got errror.

this is a log file error_log [Fri Apr 30 17:08:20 2010] [error] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] (13)Permission denied: access to /index.php denied

but when I create index.php (<?phpinfo();?>) , index.html it works!! , but index.php in phpmyadmin didn't

I use Centos 5.4 , PLesk 9.2 , phpmyadmin 2.11.xx

please help or give me some instruction , T T
