  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Install Tomcat on Plesk 9.2.1 Linux Box

I seem to keep getting the run-around from both Parallels and my provider about installing Tomcat. My provider tells me that they will not support an installation, and Parallels won't let me purchase the support.

I went to this URL: http://www.parallels.com/products/plesk/addons/#tomcat-lin to make the purchase of Tomcat support, but when I try to "Add to basket" the Tomcat add-on, I get a non-helpful error: "You can not purchase this item"

I don't want to pay Parallels money to have them tell me why I'm getting this error, since this is clearly a sales question, not a tech support question. So, I'm turning to the forums. Does anyone know why this is so difficult?
