• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

"Install Web Application" icon disappears

New Pleskian
Hi,

I look after 10 Plesk 9.x servers and this problem has got me stumped!

Two of the servers only allow clients to install one web application after which the "Install Web Application" icon is no longer visible, simply the installed web application is listed and clients cannot install a 2nd web application.

Management links for the installed web application work perfectly. If you delete the web application the "Install Web Application" icon comes back!

Remember, I am not talking about Java Applications which can be limited in the "Resources" section, I am referring to general web applications such as Wordpress, Joomla etc.

What can cause this icon to disappear?

All servers are running Plesk 9.5.4 Linux.

Please help!

Colin.
