Resolved Install Wordpress Toolkit License after new Installation

Hi all,

I doesn't know where to search anymore. I installed a new Server at Strato with Plesk. Months ago I bought a full "Wordpress Toolkit" directly in Plesk. Now I can't reactivate the full version. The description tells me to go to Licences and typ into the Activation code. But in my order and invoice from cleverbridge, there is none.
How can I reactivate?

Unfortunately I can't. I got Plesk as bundle on my STRATO Server. If I login with my Plesk-Key, support will not given, I have to contact my reseller (Strato). But Strato Support doesn't have the licence data for my Wordpress-Toolkit. This was bought directly, by clicking the purchase-button in Plesk Webadmin.

Now I pay for a contract to Pleask (cleverbridge) that I can't re-activate in Plesk without an "activation code" and nobody at Strato can give this to me.

Any other Idea, how I get back the full version only having the Reference Number and the Abonnement Number?

Thanks for the answer, in fact I just received an email from license management. The toolkit was not activated automatically because I forgot that my license had expired. Thanks anyway for the answers. Now I can just click to buy a new one, that's fine.
