installed firewall now cant access admin page

Basically i was getting hacked left and right so i installed a netscreen firewall in front of the web server and everything but the psa admin page works.

ususally you get to it with the https://yourdomain.com:8443 but that doesnt work anymore. I have opened 8443 tcp/udp and 443 tcp/udp and still no go. any body have any ideas off the top of their head?
