Installing a Secure Certificate in Plesk 12.5

In the past, I have installed the certificate under SSL Certificates in Tools and Settings and then applied it to the domain I wanted to apply it to. I am not sure of how I should do that with this version of Plesk. OR should I be installing it at the domain level?
