installing applications fail

Trying to install an application
click on all available applications
> chat
> Ajax Chat

then clicking on install I get ......downloading Ajaxchat....but then the error pops up
"error downloading package .starting"

and "Error: The following error has occurred during the download of application: Starting... "

any idea what setting / fix I Need

OS Linux 2.6.32-220.2.1.el6.x86_64

Panel version 10.4.4 Update #13, last updated at Jan 19, 2012 09:28 AM

I was able to install applications like wordpress


when I go into the tools and settings tab
> view my apps
> add app
>Select an app from Application Catalog ( check Make available to customers )
I get
>Information: Downloading the selected apps.
>Error: Some of the selected apps were not downloaded.

I have same problem from a week and I'm just thinking to share it but here I found your post so if someone have the solution then please post it here.
