installing key

I want to try to install a key but when i start de installation i'll get this error

can someone help please ?

And have you runned the configtest and what does it say is the error?

( /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpsdctl configtest )

Syntax is ok so no problem in the config

What about the apache error_log?
