• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Installing Plesk Panel

Hello
Hope somebody can answer me some questions, because I can't get no direct answer from the plesk support team.
Here's the problem we have three Windows 2008 servers.
The first server is used for WEB, DNS (primary), FTP users (http files)
The second serves is used for MAIL, DNS (secondary)
The third server is used for FTP users (file sharing/storage).

After I have installed plesk panel on the first server. After the installation when I run the plesk panel for the first time the plesk panel requires that mail server must be installed or it does not let me continue thru the configuration wizard.

So my question is what do I need and how must I setup plesk so that I can manage all three servers thru one plesk panel?
Is this even possible to install plesk on one sever whose role of the server is only to provide WEB and FTP services?
I have been able only to install plesk panel in one way that all services run on one server (WEB, FTP, DNS, MAIL, MYSQL, MSSQL)
